Keynote Speaker:

Evangelist Deborah Brassell (Johnstown, PA), served as the keynote speaker and preached her heart out with the stirring topic, and Hannah Prayed (1 Samuel 2:1). She was used mightily by God and ministered to individuals with the laying on of hands and prophesying.
