Pastor/Overseer Priscilla Dixon, God’s Re-Creation Christian Church (Pittsburgh, PA), served as the keynote speaker expounding on the topic: VICTORY belongs to the child of God and defeat is not an OPTION. God used Pastor Dixon in a mighty way as she called upon the Holy Spirit to lay hands on the participants and minister to their needs. It was powerful seeing the women slain in the Spirit and surrendering to God.
